I have a 2000 Lincoln town car and I have no compressor but I have a pulley in replace on it and I keep seeing smoke come from under my hood and through my vents but my car is not running hot. What is it ?

your heater core may be leaking and causing that

itwill only get worse and leak inside your car on carpet if it hasn't already
