2000 Lincoln Navigator Heard Clunking Noise Rear End Vehicle Vehicle Drove

heard a clunking noise from the rear end of vehicle. Vehicle drove ok untill i put it in park then it rolled about a foot before stopping. When I started to drive again it made the same clunking noise and it vibrates if driven over 10 miles per hour ant ideas

Ok checking out the Ford service bulletins on this here is what I found. Disconnect all the wiring to the transfer case and test drive it. Let me know if the problem goes away.
