I thought it was my Alt. it was my Battery, replaced battery, now theres absolutely NO power to my car now. No lights, dings, clicks, NOTHING! Saw video on youtube to jump start thru solenoid, going to try that, I'm looking for ANY suggestions on this! Please! Cant work without my car! Cant afford to pay for a shop to fix. Cant even put my car into gear to have it towed!

assuming you didn't hook it up backwards like positive to ground then you probably blew a fuse. check items in pic under hood might be the 100 amp fusible link.
