I have a Honda accord 2000, and it started giving me this little problem. When I accelerate and keep my feet on the gas pedal until I reach about 50 miles per hour, the car starts shaking then I have to let go of the gas pedal, please help me with this issue.

Does it seem like an engine issue or a tire balance issue? Has the check engine light come on?

Have the computer scanned to see what codes are stored in the system and let me know what you find.

A faulty O2 sensor can cause all kinds of issues with the engine by changing the air / fuel ratio. I wonder if there are new codes that would help identify where the problem is coming from. Can you get it rescanned? It may show a misfire on a specific cylinder which would explain the vibration and direct us to the one with the problem.
