I have a Ford Windstar and it has abs. I keep burning up the front brakes. I've replace pads, rotors, both calipers. Bled the brake system. (Not the abs controller asm). The rear brakes apply and the parking brake system works fine. The master cylinder seems ok.

Check brake sensor, brake master cylinder/lines and the ABS unit, also scan the computer for code/s.

IF ALL ELSE LOOKS AND TESTS GOOD, CAN THE ABS CONTOLLER CAUSE THE FRONT, NOT REAR BRAKES TO APPLY?
THANKS, GREG ONASCH

Scan the computer something might come up relating the brakes. I'm not into the guessing contest here-I gave you something to work with-start checking and report back your findings If you wish to continue this one can be a nightmare and proper diagnostics are involved here it not a quickie fix-
