Hang in there. I'm answering several Free questions at a time. First I need to know what engine you have. There is no 5.6 V6 engines. There is a 4.6 V8. Is that what you have?

I'm looking at a schematic for the 4.6L. Power from the switch runs from fuse 24 (30 amp) through the switch and out fuse 23 (15 amp). From there is runs to the AC clutch cycling switch and then to the compressor clutch. The cycle switch sends power based on the system pressure. Also, ambient temps below 50 degrees F shut the switch down so no power is sent to the compressor clutch. Since the fuses are good, check to make sure there is power to them first. If there is, my next suggestion would be the cycle switch.
