Blowing of Fuse

My 2000 Catera's radio does not work with engine running, but works when engine is off. Also, the auto lock system for the doors when the car is in "D" or "R" is no more functional. Fuse # 10 which controls the BCM, heater water auxiliary pump, fan control relays and auxiliary water pump relay is blowing consistently. And

Based on your description, the body control module (BCM) sounds like where the problem is coming from. I recommend starting there. Have it checked. It controls many of the electrical components on the vehicle and it makes sense to me that the things described will have problems.

Look for signs of coolant inside of the auxiliary water pump connectors, mostly the one that is mounted on the rh frame rail. If there is coolant in the connector, replace the auxiliary pump and clean the connection.
