What tool are you using to get those codes? I ask because neither one is listed as a valid code for that vehicle. Are there any other symptoms or issues? If you erase the codes do they return?

One called FIXD. It also said unknown issue. Usually, it tells me a code with a description. Could be related or not - my gas gap is throwing a p0457 error.

I doubt it's related but the P0457 is basically the code for a huge EVAP leak. It could be the cap, filler neck, or other large leak. What it means is that the system tried to run the EVAP test, and it couldn't generate any vacuum or pressure change at all. With the common large, medium and small leak tests that show that it can pull a vacuum or raise the pressure in the system, but it leaks down based on the leak.

The reason I asked on the other codes is that they don't show for the 09
The standard is P= Powertrain, C= Chassis, B= Body, U= Communication

Then the second digit 0= Generic OBD II 1, 2, 3= Manufacturer specific prefix.

Third digit is the specific system involved 1-8
1 Fuel or air metering system (MAF, MAP intake related etc)
2 Fuel or air injection system
3 Ignition system
4 Emissions system
5 Speed and idle control system
6 Computer control issue
7 and 8 Transmission-related

The fourth and fifth and any suffix ids are the specific error code 0-99 plus added suffix.

The C1632 does show as a valid Chrysler code for other models as - Error Left Low Beam headlight and the Journey does use a similar control system so it could be a bad low beam or something that mimics it. Any headlight issues? Attached is the wiring for that corner.

P3537 = Powertrain, Manufacturer, Speed or idle, Code 37 This one doesn't show up, any other symptoms?

I’ll look and see if the headlights are working. Cleared codes and haven’t seen the c codes come back. The car is old and runs like an old car. What other symptoms do you think I should watch for.

If it's correct it would be the left low beam that has a problem, but they could be ghost codes. Symptom wise it's hard to say because the second code doesn't match the vehicle. However, if the designator is correct possibly a high idle or maybe cruise not working?

Okay thanks. I’ll see if the light is working. Haven’t had it out at night for a while. Not sure about cruise as I don’t use it that much - primarily drive in the city. Maybe a ghost code as it seems to be idling as it always has been. I’ll get an inspection on the evap because it’s been doing this for a while and replacing gas cap never worked. Thanks for your help.
