I was rearended back in August of 2011, and since then the car has been having issues. Its main issue is that the ABS, Brake, and Oil light constantly flash, while the RPM shows zero (see pic). Occasionally a symbol will appear (a triangle with a circle, that will shut the lights off, and turn the RPM on, however it will only stay like that for 1-5 minutes before the lights come back. Recently the air conditioner is acting with it. When the lights are on, the air will not get cold, UNLESS the car is moving. If the lights are off the air is instantly cold and functioning normally. Is the air not working because of an electrical issue or is it simply the air conditioner malfunctioning? Thanks for the help!

You need to start checking for electrical issues from the accident. It sounds like you could have ground problems

Faulty ABS modules are common causes for abs, brake & oil light issues in the dash.

The triangle light is Traction Control. Scan ECM & ABS for any stored codes.

Unplug the ABS module and drive like that to see if the A/C still acts-up.
