Fuse out to get car to run

Toyota camry 1999. Will not start in the morning. Battery ok. We need to removed fuse for it to work, but this does not work all time sometimes it does not work and we tray at a later time and removing the fuse will make it run.

It looks like it can be the ALT 100 amp the car would not start when we push this fuse it made a clicking sound and the car started.
We took it to an electrician and we were told it was the battery. We took to a well know shop and they tested the battery it come out fine.

Something tells me there is a short between the starter and the alt. There is a fuseable link between the alt and the starter. If one of the items is causing too much of a draw due to a short, it could be draining the battery. Try disconnecting that, replacing the fuse and see if it starts. NOTE: the feed to the alt is hot all the time, so disconnect it at the starter and have the battery disconnected when you disconnect it.
