Was driving and pulled into a gas station. Turned car off and started to hear a buzzing worling noise coming from under the steering column. I turned the key back over to the on position, but didn't turn it all the way over. And the noise stopped, turned it back off ,noise started again, turned key back on noise stopped , left it on for about a minute or two then turned back off and the noise stopped. Please help me out.
