Van heats up it turns off?

Hi one of the horses in my 99 pontiac montana broke something I go it fixed but now for some reason when the van heats up it turns off on me while im driving what could it be? The horse is from the back of the engine.

My van keeps turning off every time it heats up. I dont know what this guy did the only thing he had to do was fix one of the hoses

It stays on for about 5mins but once the van is hot enough for me to put the heater on the van turns off and yea the engine light is on also someone just told me it could be the CRG is what I think he called.I took it to autozone and they hooked it up and it came back saying I have a miss fire im not sure what that mean.

Is is possible to get the code number again. I would like to have the code itself. So it shuts down when you turn the heater on?
