Sight down all the pulleys and look for one where the belt is not in perfect line with all the others. You're looking for one where the belt is to one side by as little as 1/16" compared to on the other pulleys. Check the pulley just before that one to see if it's binding, has a worn bearing, or that item is not mounted squarely.
