my driver side tire is wobbling

When i drive my front left tire move side to side and make noise i changed the tire and i did alinement also did the tie rod and the noise and movement is still there can u help me find out wat is really wrong with my car

You can't possibly do an alignment to a car that has movement like that so if you paid for one, consider it charity. You need to have the car inspected by a reputable front end shop and determine where the play is coming from.
