Leaking antifreeze

My 1999 Oldmobile Alero is leaking antifreeze near or underneath the motor it has been doing this for the last two weeks now it has stoped on me and will not start up although when I do try to start the car up it still does make a sound as if it will start up but doesnt what may be the problem.

We found the leak its dripping underneath the motor it looks lik it could be coming frm inside the motor. Some one implied I might need a new water pump do you think that may be the case if so what else may you think I need to change with the water pump as well to make sure the car starts back up.
