i have a 1999 Nissan altima se and under my passenger side Matt i have water and can not find the drain anywhere is this the problem that its clogs

there is no drain. take up the rug, insulation and use a shop vac to remove the water. then you have to dry out the rug and insulation before the mold starts.

then you have to find the leak
