Timing belt

There is an access plug in the upper portion of the timing cover so that the timing belt can be checked without removing entire cover. Check out this guide to help see how to change the belt with the timing marks

I work for a car dealership, so I have the mechanics there do the maintenance on my car. I told one of the mechanics that I thought it was time for my timingbelt/water pump to be changed. He later reported that after looking up the info on my car, that it has TWO timing belts or something to that effect. I've been trying to find out on the internet if this is true, but can't find anything on it. HELP!

Instructions are very clear I have one small doubt. The a measurement "A" between the timing belt auto-tensioner and the Tensioner pulley bracket (diagram shown on page 4) , where I can find this measurement.

The issue is the time belt broke off, the protrusion of auto tensioner is fully deployed, since tensioner pulley bracket released at time of breakage. (Know I have to reload the auto tensioner). Is this the spec. Measurement that should be in place if I was to rebuild to OEM Specs.

I need to know the timing marks on my car because the marks that I see does not seem right and the car has no power

I am hoping you can help me figure out how to line up the timing marks on my Galant. On the upper pulley, there is a notch on one of the teeth and a circle on one of the spokes. I have a Haynes manual, but the manual does not seem specific and is very confusing. The manual also states there is a timing mark for the upper pulley on the engine case. I cannot find one in the same area the manual says on my vehicle, but I see a mark on the valve cover. Is the mark on the valve cover the correct one?

For the lower pulley, can you please advise where the timing marks are?
