Hello I own a 1999 mercury mystique LS V6 2.4V and ive owned the car for about a year haven't had any problems until now
when I turn the steering wheel to the right while driving into a driveway or into a inclined driveway or any right turn there's a creaking noise coming from the front of my car I can also feel it through my feet in the floor sometimes even when im turning and straightening the steering wheel out it will make some creaking noise any ideas or what I should do? I know I should see a mechanic but what do u guys think thank you !

Noises like that must never be ignored, especially on Ford products. They have more trouble with steering and suspension parts separating leading to loss of control and crashes than all other manufacturers combined. Have those systems inspected at a tire and alignment shop. In particular, they will start with the lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rod ends. Ball joints can separate. Inner tie rod ends usually make a knocking or squeaking sound. Outer tie rod ends make a knocking noise but it's often so subtle that it goes unnoticed until they fall apart.
