mercedes benz 1999 c200 elegance
battery was flat so i jump started the car. thereafter idling was irregular and acceleration retartded. could it be air flow meter damage?

When the battery totally dies the cars computer loses it's default settings and goes into relearn mode .. there may be no actual fault the car just need's to be driven to relearn it's best settings for air/fuel ratio's etc.
