My torque converter is not engaging. I replaced the tranny and after installing the rebuilt one from engineandtransmissionworld.com, The car starts and locks in park but gears dont engage in drive, reverse,ect... Can it be electrical or If it is a faulty torque converter, where is it located, do I have to completly remove the transmission again or can i access it from the pan?

It could be the torque converter. Is the trans fluid full? Is this a different problem than what you had with the old trans? The torque converter bolts to the flywheel. Yes, you need to remove the transmission to access it.
