My car has very strong gas fumes coming from the rear passenger side. Thought it was the gas tank, so I replaced it and I still have the same problem. I also changed the gas cap several times and It's still the same thing. I also keep hearing this thing like a vacuum pump keep going off and the guzzles gas like crazy. What could be the problem and what should I do?

Scan for codes and check fule pressure first. Have your evap cannister checked for being over full on fuel and check if you have air suspension it may have a leak in one of the lines or shocks
