Our carnival tends to jerk when we hit the 80 000 to 110000.I have been told its the vix valve, but no one seems to be able to tell me which valve the vix valve is.

Any ideas what the problem could be
With thanks

What are you referring to with the 80,000 and 110,000? More details please.

Hi thanks for getting back to me

The car drives fine when we travel at speeds from 0 to 80km. Per hr but. Between 80 and 110km per hr there seems to be an abnormal jerk / misfire. We have replaced the plugs so we have eliminated this as a problem. My local auto electrician completed a computer scan and the vix valve came up as the problem. Unfortunately the local supplier cannot confirm what exactly the vix valve is.

It could be one of 2 items. The One costing way more than the other. So I am concerned I may buy the wrong part.

I. Look forward to hear from u.
