1999 Jeep Wrangler vaccum leaks

My jeep idles, it will go 500ft or so then stalls it wont start again for about 15-20 mins then it repeats it again. I pluggin in a scanner to get the code it says I have a H vac leak. If its possible how do I find it an fix it

What's the exact fault code number? I can't tell if that means a high vacuum leak or a leak in the heating, ventilation, and AV (HVAC) system. A problem in either system won't cause stalling.

Stalling as you described is typically caused by a failure of the crankshaft position sensor or the camshaft position sensor. Those two sensors commonly fail by becoming heat-sensitive, then they work again after they cool down for up to an hour or two.
