Code reader thing says I'm missfiring on 1 & 2, and random on 3, what does that mean?
Break lights don't work
And I have stinky smoke coming up from back seat floor

This is one time when diagnostic fault codes get pretty specific and are easy to understand. Cylinders number one and two are misfiring most of the time and cylinder three is misfiring once in a while. The most common suspects are spark plugs and wires.

As for a "stinky smoke", that is wide open to interpretation. That could mean raw gas from the unburned fuel from the misfires leaking through rust holes and into the passenger compartment. It could mean wiring burning up, etc. We don't know what it smells like, where it's coming from, or what is causing it.

As for the brake lights, what have you checked so far and what did you find? If I need to dig up a wiring diagram, you'll have to list the correct engine size so I get the right one.
