Computer needs to relearn after memory is lost and there are certain procedures you need to follow for it to get ready sooner.

Avoid abrupt acceleration during this relearn process.

Try running the vehicle on the highway at constant speed for 20 minutes and allow gradual deceleration whenever necessary and accelerate gradually.

Go to city driving for another 20 minutes and remember to be gradual with the accelerator and avoid abrupt braking as much as possible.

Go back to the highway for another 20 minutes and check if it is ready. If not, disconnect the battery for 20 minutes and after reconnecting, repeat the above process and retest.

Hi KHLow2008 and Thank You
Since I already drive 1600 miles and go to autzoxxx and have them do a starting/charging system check and not find any problem even use the code
reader still not a single code come up but still not ready for the readiness reading test. If possible the ECU had a problem?

And I just want to know If I need to replace the 1999 Isuzu vehicross ECU and did I need to reprogram the ECU.
Best Regards

No reprogramming is required and replacing the ECU might still leave you where you are.

Check and ensure the memory fuse is good.

I am not sure which is the memory fuse but it should be in the underhood fuse/relay box.
