So I have bought this vehicle for my wife for Christmas. The lady had no idea what was going on with it. I sprayed either into intake and it fires right up. Fuel light was flashing and the gauge was not working. I dropped the tank put a new fuel pump in. Cleaned tank has been sitting since 2012 as far as I know. Looked like tank had over a gallon of transmission fluid and some other stuff in tank. So all cleaned re wired new harness that comes with the pump fallowing directions like it said. Put fresh gas in hooked up. Sending unit works the pump still does not come on. The relay and fuse cuts in for the prime (like 4 seconds) then shuts off and I get power to fuse but I am probing with test light at the fuel pump wires and I have no power. I crank and the immobilizer light is flashing I called a key smith and he said this year does not have one and it should still start. I do not know how true this is I think it has something to do with it. Also I found a spare ECM under the seat which scared me thinking ECM is bad. So I have switched back and forth on both of them seeing if I have power which I still don't. I am at a wall. Any chance you guys might know something I don't? No check engine light. The 4 wheel drive light it shows the 4 tires and axles. I do not know if I am saying the light right but it is flashing with the ABS light also. I am clueless can someone please guide me in the right direction?
