Ok. I have had an ongoing issue with my Durango ever since I replaced the head gaskets. The vehicle will drive fine and idle fine before it is driven. But after driving down the road a small distance and then stopping at a redlight, the engine begins to idle rough then almost stalls out after going below about 200 rpm. I can hear the iac valve open up then shut down again and the rpms jump back up then the cycle starts all over again. I had a crankshaft sensor code on the ecm and I replace the sensor. One of the wires on the sensor had broke so I thought for sure this would fix the problem. Worked fine for about a month and it started again. Replaced the iac valve and it worked fine for a while then started again. I had both o2 sensor codes show up too so I replaced those as well. Still had the same issue. I replaced the spark plugs, the plug wires and the distributor cap and rotor button still had the same problem. Also replaced the TCM, STILL, THE SAME ISSUE! At this point I have became very frustrated as you might imagine. I then replaced the ignition coil due to the engine finally not starting at all. This fixed the problem, so I thought. Worked fine for a while then started again. Engine was also wanting to stay on for a second when I turned it off. Finally, I just unplugged the o2 sensor bank #1. Low and behold both issues stopped. I decided that my catalytic converter must be shot due to antifreeze running through it when the head gaskets went out. Replaced the converter and the muffler with magnaflow performance exhaust. The exhaust guy said that my cat. Was so melted that it was pushing exhaust back up into the engine. So I thought for sure that this was the end of my issues. Nope, I was wrong again. I hooked the o2 sensor back up and cleared the code and the problem began again. The vehicle runs fine with the o2 sensor bank #1 unplugged. I need answers because I am running out of options. I really hope I can get some help with this before I go insane! Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from someone about this.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. Then clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole. Fp should be 44-54 psi with engine idling. Check your ground for pcm and engine grounds as well
