I have a 1999 chevy s10 pickup. The fuel line leaks at the pump can them lines be cut and put rubber gas line and clamps on it?

Yes it can be fabricated your way-make sure the hose is high pressure type that can hold the fuel pump pressure-

They make repair kits for the plastic line but just clamping rubber is NOT acceptable. These are very high pressure lines.
