my 99 chavrolet lumina check engine light came on i had it scaned and the saying that the Torque Converter clutch pulse modulator solenoid circuit is bad can you tell me where this this sloenoid it located and how do i get to it (the code was P1860)

it's inside the transmission. take it to a trans pro for a proper diagnosis as it may be a bad connection...

very true. i had a blown fuse for the fan and 1860 was coming up for egr and tcc. but it was a bad fuse.
