I wrecked my 1999 deville and damaged my tie rod inner and outer, front right axle lower control arm. However I was told that my ac belt was rubbing against the frame. What must be done to raise or adjust motor so that belt is my touching the frame. Help!

The engine likely didn't move; the suspension parts did. You need a live person to look at this to see what happened. The proper place for this is a body shop. They will start with an analysis of the body, then they will have a steering and suspension specialist look at it or they will enlist the help of people at a tire and alignment shop. Larger body shops have their own suspension and alignment people. Since alignment is highly technical and specialized, smaller body shops take the vehicle to an alignment shop for you after the bodywork is finished.
