1999 Buick Lesabre Car RPM Flucuating and Stall

The problem is my car will be driving just fine and it seems that after a while of driving once it begins to heat up, I'll be driving down the road and my rpms will bounce around and when they bounce below 1000 rpm the car gives a kick like it was about to cut off, but cuts itself back on. Periodically it will stall when it does so. I've replaced the idle air control valve, and I've had my maf sensor and throttle body cleaned. But the problem is still consistenting.

CHECK YOUR FUEL PRESSURE WITH A GAUGE

Yes, I've replaced the fuel filter and I also replaced the fuel pressure regulator.
