1998 Volvo V70 Fuel line problem

After a recent fill up, my vehicle began to stutter at low speeds, generally under 25mph, and while idling at stops. It was the first time in a few months that I filled the tank all the way. Since then I have filled it once or twice more all the way, but the stuttering has not gone away entirely.
