take cylinder off and drill out broken piece with proper size drill and clean threads and put in new bleeder. easier to just get new brake cylinder. alternately you can actually bleed the broken cylinder with drum/shoes off by forcing fluid to escape past seals. i put my thumb/finger on seals while someone pushes pedal. do it a few times and it's bled.
