My AC is not cooling and only blowing out hot air. I've recently topped up my AC coolant but is still blowing out hot air. I did notice that my AC Clutch turns on and turns off seconds later and continues to do so while AC is turned on. I also noticed (if there's any relation) that my blinkers are not working and my air vents are not blowing full power. What can be wrong please?

You can't just add refrigerant, there is a measured amount that should be added, if the system id over full it will shut down to protect the system. I recommend that you get the system evacuated and re charged with the correct weight of refrigerant, with the system hooked up to a duel manifold gauge, correct system pressures can be checked, and if these pressures are not to spec with the correct volume of refrigerant fitted, the readings can be used to diagnose problems.
