Idle problem

1998 honda civic hx / 200,000 miles. Car has run well for 12 years with no problems. This week though the car has issues with starting, sometimes it will start, sometimes it won't. After a start and a few minutes of idling, if you rev the engine to say 2,500 rpms it comes back down to 100 to 200 rpms and struggles to idle, and will even shut off.
Basically I have a starting / idle problem.
Up until this problem my car has started everytime in the last 12 years.

If the Check Engine Light is indicating, get a scan done to retrieve for trouble codes. If not, get the throttle body and IAC cleaned and idle speed readjusted and retest.

Have the fuel pressure checked as well.
