The evap system is very involved and requires significant training and tooling to diagnose, it could be anything from a loose or broken hose to the canister and so on. One thing I will say is that your particulair vehicle has A LOT of pcm problems causesing this issue, which could easily be mis-diagnosed by someone not qaulified to do this type of testing.I would suggest that you take it to a reputable shop for diag. And then go from there.
