YOUR EXHAUST PIPE IS INDICATIVE OF UNBURNED FUEL ENTERING THE EXHAUST SYSTEM. IT COULD BE CAUSED FROM A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS RANGING FROM OXYGEN SENSORS TO COMPUTER PROBLEMS. WITHOUT SEEING THE TRUCK, I WOULDN'T VENTURE TO GUESS. THE FIRST THING TO DO IS HAVE IT SCANNED FOR TROUBLE CODES. ANY CODES WILL LEAD TO WHY YOUR ENGINE IS RUNNING RICH.

It's typical for fuel pressure regulators to leak at their rubber diaphram which is vacuum operated thus sucking fuel directly into intake and overloading exhaust with raw gas.
