How do I replace the 100 amp main fuse?

It should have nuts on either side take them off take fuse out and replace fuse

What if theres a prong from an old one stuck in the fuse box how do I get that out in order to put a new one in and it doesnt have the bolts either so I need to know what size bolts its supposed to have so I can replace that too so it will get the proper connection its supposed to and stop blowing other fuses
