When I start my car I hear this noise that sounds like something is loose under the hood and it happen when I start the car and then after I put it into drive and whenever I use the gas pedal or apply the brakes. It sounds like I am dragging something.

check for a loose shield under car and disconnect belt and see if noise disappears if it doesn then i't an accessorie problem.
