ok I have bought a used min van that is a ford. there's is problem I when I try to speed up the van shakes an jerks forward until it feel like it trying to catch up with the right speed. is it something serious? should I not drive it?

It's impossible to make a diagnosis without looking at it. It could be as simple as worn universal joints on the drive shaft but it could also be something slipping inside the transmission. Even a transmission problem could be as simple as a fluid leak resulting in low fluid level. If you keep trying to force it to go that way, you'll turn a minor problem into a real expensive one real quickly. You need a mechanic to test-drive it and inspect it to at least know if the problem is serious or could have an easy fix.
