None of the parts you mentioned affect idle speed. When you replaced the battery, the Engine Computer lost its memory. It will not know when it must be in control of idle speed until it relearns "minimum throttle". To meet the conditions for that to take place, drive at highway speed with the engine warmed up, then coast for at least seven seconds without touching the brake or gas pedals.
After that, you should get a nice idle flare-up to 1500 rpm when you start the engine. If it doesn't do that, use a scanner to run the automatic idle speed motor up and down. It should be able to increase idle speed in 200 rpm increments to 2000 rpm. If it doesn't respond, start by removing that "motor" to inspect the air passage for carbon buildup.
