:) Tank, s for the fast answer.
I have chekt the rar viper motor and the washer motor and they are working but nothing happens when I push the buttens and the fan dose only work at hiest speed.
I changed the panel with a simular panel from a 1996 voyager but then all the buttens went flashing all the time but the fan was working as befor at hiest speed. All the other tings and elektronic are working as they shuled eccept the remot lock for the drivers dorr dose not work.

Since you replaced the HVAC Computer, which obviously requires unplugging it, see if this helps:

Check for voltage going to the motor with a test light. The a/c fan has a resister panel screwed into the top of the a/c case.2 screws hold it in. Unplug and remove it youll see rows of wire on it.
