What is causing a misfire after replacing a bent pushtube

Water pump leak, replaced it then had misfire. Replaced plugs wires and cap and rotor. Found cyl #1 exh pushtube was bent, replaced it and still have misfire just not as bad. It starts ok, engine light blinks udner med accel @30-40mph. Oil is good coolant is good. Could the headgasket be blown or the intake collaspedand if so how to fix
