When the temperature is below 50 degrees out side and after I have driven this truck for at least 10 to 15 miles it will start to stall for just a split second and then run right it may do this once or several times in rapid sequence you can see the tach drop 5 to 700 rpm's and then jump right back up. I have replaced several parts including fuel pump, distributor, tps, plugs, wires.

Try using chokecleaner to clean teh throttle plate on both sidesand the idle control valve. Your truck will start hard after doing this.

It starts and idles perfect. This stalling only happens when you are driving down the road. Is idle the only thing the icv controls?

The Iac controls idle and not much else. If it quits while going down the road then check your fuel pressure it should be 60 psi minimum. Make sure to change the fuel filter if you change the fuel pump. However this may be one of the vehicles that has a bad harness and will give an indication of a bad fuel pump. If you get a replacement it should have the new harness that needs to be spliced in. It will have a different connection for thepump connector. Make sure to make the connection with a solder connection and shrink tube to keep the corrosion out.
