1998 Chevrolet Malibu knocking when it warms up

When I drive it and its okay but when I drive it at least 15 mins it start to make that knocking engine sound but when I turn the wheels it stop what does that mean? The check engine light came on and I scanned the code is P0325. They say if I change the knocking sensor that noise will go away is that true I haven't touch anything yet and haven't been driving it too cause of the knocking sound
