How to fix sunroof?

The roof will only close if i hit the vent button and it doesnt even close the whole way. The most i can get it to close is with it leaving a 2" opening. It makes a noise kind of like a motor is giving out.

IF YOU HEAR THE MOTOR ITS OK.YOUR PROBLEM IS IN THE TRACK ASSY.YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP THAT SERVICES AND INSTALLS SUNROOFS.YOU MAY HAVE TO REPLACE THE TRACK ASSY.
