Alright so I put in some Lucas oil transmission fix additive and immediately after check engine light came on so I disconnected the battery cables to clear the code thought it was a fluke drove it the next day for like 90 miles before it came back on so I decided to flush the stuff out with honda brand ATF and reset the code and drove it approx 60 miles and it returned I also noticed that the rpms are off from what they used to be before the light initially came on when I'm cruising at 60 it fluctuates from 2800 rpms(normal) down to 2300-2500 range actually now that I think of it its like this at any speed and you feel the engine bog down at the 40-65 range also I hear like a clicking noise before you hit the shift point then stops unless going 70 or so I know the code is the torque converter but is this harmful on the tranny hope not got a 200 mile drive home the car shifts just fine other than occasionally hanging up going into 4th gear when it's cold. Is this a solenoid problem due to the thick Lucas or torque converter toast? Thanks

So what was the reason you put the lucas in the transmission to begin with?

Because it was hitting like 4 grand before it would shift into 4th when it was cold and my backyard mechanic said throw some of that stuff in needless to say bad idea for this car. Should I get a new TCC solenoid or just change the fluid again to start there? Also drive able? I have at least a 15 mile drive to get fluid and get to some tools

You will have to drop the transmission pan to change the TCC solenoid so yes start over. Before you drive your 15 milles make sure that the vehicle is fully warmed up before you take off. Check the transmission fluid to make sure it is up when it's hot shift trasmission manually if necessary to make it shift.
