i have a 97 toyota celica ad havea p1300 code ignitor bank 0ne and ot sure what needs to be replaced
and misfire on cylinder #3 detected

You need to perform a diagnostic to find out what is wrong. Possible causes are
1. Ignitor.
2. IGF or IGT open or short circuit from ignitor to ECM.
3. ECM.

For cylinder 3 misfiring, Have you checked the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, compression and fuel injector?
