is the horn fuse connected to the airbag & the seatbelt indicator lights on the dash?? one day the steering wheel got stuck! and it all happened all @ once, & it was after i had used the left turn signal, and now the airbag light says on,while the seatbelt light blinks, do u think it's just a fuse, or does all that happen when a rack & pinion brakes??

The horn and air bag is on different circuits and fuses but they both go thru the air bag coil under the drivers side air bag.Does the horn work?You need to get your air bag codes read the air bag light is on correct?Also is your steering wheel still stuck?
