Fuel filler neck

I just had my car smoke tested and the end result was the fuel filler neck. I can't seem to actually find a place which carries that part. Could it be called something else?

Update, I found out the part is unavailable aftermarket. I have also been unable to find this part at a used parts store. It appears to be a dealership only part.

Was the leak in metal filler neck or at rubber hose to tank?

It was right on the other side of the body metal.
